It's a family affair, and each sister brings her own unique expertise to The Fly Cut -– whether it's Tia (former beauty editor of Essence.com and co-author of Iman's The Beauty of Color) vetting our featured beauty brands, Devon (a corporate and entertainment lawyer) running the ins and outs of the business or Lauren (a veteran online editor) overseeing the deals and content on the site.
